South Korea allows Taxi drivers to watch TV

South Korea has one of the most jammed traffic networks, which makes the life of Taxi drivers that much more difficult. And over 200 deaths have been reported last year due to the Taxi driver watching Television while driving.
The South Korean court has now ruled that the Taxi drivers cannot be penalized by the police for watching Television while driving, as long as they do not cause accident.
