US declares Swine Flu as “Emergency”

The US President Barack Obama has signed an ordinance declaring Swine Flu as a national emergency, on Friday. This legislation would help the health authorities to fight out the Swine Flu more effectively henceforth, as they can forgo certain Federal clearances.
