N Korea threatens Nuclear testing

North Korea is upset with the UN security council resolution condemning it. The UN security council had condemned the rocket launch by North Korea few weeks back, and asked it to refrain from doing it again.
Last week, North Korea protested the UN resolution and started nuclear fuel reprocessing right earnest.
Now, it is going one more step, and is threatening to start Nuclear testing and inter-continental ballistic missile testing, if the UN council does not withdraw the condemnation.
North Korea is still insisting that it carried out only a satellite launch, and not rocket launch as claimed by US / Japan and South Korea. Russia and China had forced a toning down of the condemnation resolution, it is important to note.
