Eurozone unemployment at double digit

European Union is already confronted with the problem of economic recession and also there are fears of sovereign failures from Greece, Ireland, Portugal and Spain. Now the latest unemployment number for the zone reads at a record high of 10%.
The European Union cannot afford to have such a high level of unemployment as it would be badly hitting the economic recovery. This is only going to further the divide amongst European Zone members and there could even be some countries like Turkey getting out of the European Union.
