1000s join hands for Tsunami rally
On Sunday about thousands of people joined hands which included children and women near the Mausoleum. They all joined hands for the Pakistan founder Mohammad Ali Jinnah for the tsunami rally asking for a change in Pakistan. The rally was started by the Pakistan Tehreek -e-Insaf party leaders who addressed the people who gathered at the Bagh -e-Quaid. The Bagh-e-Quaid has been situated next to the Mausoleum of Jinnah where the leaders addressed the crowd.
The leaders asked for a peace in Karachi and create a stable and progressive Pakistan and some of them holding the same banners. The rally was at rage when the Imran Khan entered the venue and went on to the main stage when people cheered slogans. The cricket turned politician Imran Khan waved the people along with a big smile and people party flags and cheered slogans for Imran Khan. The whole way towards Quaid-e-Azam park was being jammed by buses,trucks,cars and motorcycles and pedestrians.
There was a mindful response from the people of Karachi to the Imran Khan call which can be seen by the number of people who participated. The support of people even show the need for a corruption free Pakistan and a change in the country and a stable country. In-spite of the warm weather many people participated the rally along with their families and had come in the mo0rning itself. Imran party was later joined by Javed Hashmi a senior politician from the Pakistan Muslim League central leader. There will be a lot of change bought in by Imran Khan and there was a lot of people shouting slogans for Imran Khan.
